You have many choices when it comes to the best coffee, types of milk, and flavorings that you can use when making lattes at home. Most of the time I use Almond Milk from Costco because it’s inexpensive. But for the best “non-dairy” frothing, use a Barista Blend of Almond Milk or Oat Milk. They are so delicious! You can also use coconut milk but I don’t think it comes out quite as good as the oat and almond milk do.

I use the Breville Barista Express Espresso Machine for these healthy latte recipes and I highly recommend this espresso machine to everyone I know who’s looking for a long term way to make high quality lattes from home. However, that can be a bit pricey for most.
The Mr. Coffee Espresso Machine is an easy and functional option to make these healthy latte recipes. It’s super fun to work with and fast if you want to make a good ol’ cup a Joe in the morning.
Wether you own or choose to buy one of these machines keep in mind you can still make lattes without it! Just use a pot over the stove and a wisk or frother. Sometimes I just use the plunger from my French Press if I don’t want to take out my espresso machine.
