Daniel, our oldest son, has taken his nutrition very seriously since he started running marathons at age 14. He’s played a huge role in preparing healthy food for our family for over a decade now. As an enneagram 5, he’s used his love of research and practical nature to help others integrate healthy eating habits to improve their health and performance.
