Victor brings Robyn back on his podcast to interview her on her latest book, A Playful Life, to talk about how her Think to Play course can help you add more health, wellness, and happiness to your life.
In this podcast, Think To Play, we talk about how mindset blocks can prevent you from discovering the genius inside you and by addressing these blocks, you can start aligning your purpose and passion to create a life you are excited to wake up to each day.
Each of us have unique talents, insights, and a lot of potential, but sometimes our upbringing or past experiences have conditioned us to think it’s okay to settle, we don’t have to live our dream life, and that what works for the “norm” should be good enough for us.
The Think To Play Course is about helping you figure out what path you are on and if that is the path you want to stay on. Robyn created a workbook that accompanies this course and will take you through 30 days of reflective writing exercises that will help you figure out what you are naturally good at, what makes you tick, how you like to spend your days, and where you want to see future self. It helps you create a plan and break it into manageable steps so you too can live A Playful Life.
Victor talks about how he has used the Think To Play concepts to overcome fear and use visualization to create more success. Robyn adds the importance of improving your skill set to matching the goals you are trying to achieve.
Success in living the life you want depends a lot on creating the right type of mindset that aligns with where you are, what you want to achieve, and where you want to arrive at.
Lastly, Victor talks about the benefits of self-hypnosis and meditation to tap into what your intention is and to help you get to the root of who you are.
